MBA is the AACOG Alamo/Bexar County on Aging Ombudsman Outreach Specialist and a Bexar County Staff Long-Term Care Ombudsman.  A Long-Term Care Ombudsman advocates for quality of life and care for people living in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.  We help to address concerns that residents may have in order to help ensure that they are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve.  Ombudsman services are confidential and free.  It is my greatest honor to serve residents and their families in this manner.”
